If you have a registered business established in the UAE, you are entitled to have a UAE corporate bank account.
However, you must be physically present in the country at the time the account is set up, in accordance with UAE banking regulations. Once you are present in the country and your business is operational, you will be eligible to open an account. While account set-up time is variable, it usually will not exceed longer than two weeks to activate.
Documentation is required in order to process account set-up, including all documents related to the registration of your business, including the business license, and a passport photocopy of the person whose name the account is being set up in.
