Yes indeed. We have the power to get your new license registered in the United Arab Emirates. Your Business License Issuance will be taken care off by our Certified Business Partners.
10. Can Government Authorities and banks visit and inspect my office?
Yes. In general, your office will be inspected by Taqyeem whenever you apply for employment quotas. Also, banks will be able to visit your Office anytime you apply for their facilities.

Virtual Office Facility is a smart package that provides you (Dedicated Landline Number, Fax Number, PO.Box, Business Address, Mail handling and phone answering services) adapted according to your requirements.

17. What does Co-working Station Include?
The Co-working station is a Great solution to permanently accommodate one person for daily operations. It includes (shared desk, drawers, chair and landline number if needed). We recommend calling and booking a space in advance as the desk use is subject to availability.
18. What is the difference between the co-working station and Flexi Desk?
Co-working station provides you a Shared Station that can be used on a daily basis.
Flexi Desk “Sustainability Desk” is a Shared desk that can be used for specific hours per month.
19. Is your business center close to metro station?
Yes, Beyond Limits Business Center is just 3 minutes walking from Business Bay Metro Station.
20. What if I need extra parking spaces for my employees?

Absolutely yes. Our Business Center is fully equipped with the latest CCTVs and security systems.
22. Can I start renting anytime of the month?
You can start subscribing any day of the month without any restrictions.
23. What happens if you receive mail for my company?
Once we receive a mail for your company, you will be notified by email to collect it from our front desk and sign the receipt. Mails will be kept for 30 calendar days and of not collected within the given time frame, it will automatically move to the dismiss station.
24. What is the Notice Period for non-renewal?
If you decide to not renew your lease with us, a notice period of three months prior to the contract expiry date should be provided.
25. How much should I pay for coffee and tea?
As one of our valued clients, tea, coffee and all soft drinks are going to be complementary without any charges.
26. Do you have accounting and auditing services?
According to our business license, we don’t have any eligibility of providing accounting and/or auditing services, however, we can introduce you to our Business Partners who have the eligible license to look after your accounting needs.
27. Can I rent an office with you and renew my trade license without issues?
Yes of course, if you are going to rent an Office Space with us in order to renew the license, a change of business location step has to be done during the renewal with the Department of Economic Development. Our PRO team can assist you with that without any complication.
28. How much should I pay for the monthly utilities?
You don’t have to pay anything for the utilities, everything is fully covered in your office package.
29. What if I need to some services which are not in your scope of services?
Please feel free to discuss with us should you have any requirements and we will arrange everything for you through our in-house staff and business partners.
30. Can I register any Business License with your Office Facilities?
Majority of Business Activities can be registered on our Business Center Facilities. Some Contracting, services and all industrial business activities can’t be registered on serviced office facilities. It is recommended to let us know your proposed business activity so that we can estimate your eligibility for our Facilities.
31. What happens if I rent an office but don’t use it for some time?
If you go for the Physical Office Package either premium or standard, your office will be locked and secured without any problems.
32. My business is electronics trading, can I keep some goods inside my office?
We don’t mind in general keeping some of your products inside your office as soon as they are not visible to other tenants and kept invisible, keeping in mind that you are going to be renting an Office Facility not a ‘warehouse’.
33. What kind of materials I can’t keep in my office?
It is always recommended to seek an additional warehousing facility if your business trades in big quantity of units or hazardous materials such as (Acids, Adhesives, Aerosol cans, Air conditioners, Air fresheners, batteries, Appliances, , Artist’s materials, paint, Automotive waxes, lead acid, lithium ion, nickel metal hydride, nickel-cadmium, small sealed lead acid, Biohazardous waste, Capacitors (PCB), Computers, chemicals, Drugs, Dental fillings, Dental amalgams, Electronic devices, Gas cylinders, Gasoline, Glue, Grease, Inks, Insecticides, Oil, Radioactive material) and more.
